This residence is located in Benodet, a town situated at the mouth of the Odet River just 3.5 kilometres from Groasguen beach. The residential complex sits on Odet's 18-hole golf course, and just a few kilometres from the centre of town. It is an ideal location for discovering the surrounding area. Guests receive green fee reductions compliments of the residence. The apartments, divided among a main building and smaller buildings, range from studio to 4-bedroom apartments. Some apartments are duplex and offer a terrace with garden furniture. All apartments are equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).
